Oversized Blazers
This season looks like the oversize blazer trend has come back around. This look has been around off and on for the past couple of seasons. This summer it was paired with the ever-popular biker shorts. Now that the weather has turned cooler the blazer will continue to be a staple in your wardrobe for Fall and Winter. This masculine look can be tricky to pull off. I am not going to pretend that all trends fit every body shape. This look in particular works well with someone with narrow shoulders. Women with broader shoulders should stay clear of this look as it only makes you look broader on top (think linebacker :-)). The size also plays a major role. Even the most petite frame can get swallowed in this look. Now instead of being a trendsetter you are just looking like you have a potato sack on. If you are lucky enough to pull this look off may I suggest you wear it belted for a more sophisticated look with a skirt or dress . If you want a more laid-back look pair with a tank, button-down shirt. Complete with a pair of sweats or jeans. Finish the look off with your favorite shoe.
